Warner Bros. Japan announced on Monday that the original Suicide Squad ISEKAI anime, created in collaboration with Wit Studio, will premiere in the US on Max and Hulu with its first three episodes on June 27th. Following this, new episodes will be released weekly, with the fourth episode available on July 4th and the tenth and final episode streaming on August 15th. The series, directed by Eri Osada (known for Jujutsu Kaisen and Gintama) at Wit Studio, will also debut on the same date internationally on platforms such as Aniplus and Laftel in Korea, ADN in France, and HBO GO in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

The story, described by Warner Bros., is set in Gotham City, where Amanda Waller, head of ARGUS, assembles notorious criminals Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Peacemaker, Clayface, and King Shark for a mission. These DC Super-Villains are transported to an otherworldly realm of swords and magic, where orcs and dragons dominate. After causing havoc upon arrival, they are captured and imprisoned by the Kingdom's soldiers. With only 72 hours before the bombs on their necks explode, they must negotiate with Queen Aldora and agree to conquer the hostile Imperial army to secure their freedom. With their lives at stake, the Suicide Squad must navigate this dangerous new world and survive. To watch a teaser for the upcoming series, click here.

Sailor Moon Soda has Finally Made its Way to the US

Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury Cans

American Sailor Moon fans can now enjoy a refreshing summer drink to celebrate their fandom. The Taiwanese sparkling water manufacturer YHB has released its Ocean Bomb Sailor Moon Crystal Soda in the US. According to the Sailor Moon Fan Network, these sodas have been spotted at Kpoppin in Orlando, Florida, and 888 International Market in Overland Park, Kansas.

@ochibawolf - Sailor Moon News

The sparkling drinks come in various flavors, including Sailor Moon Pomelo, Sailor Chibi Moon Lychee, Sailor Mercury Pear, Sailor Mars Strawberry, Sailor Venus Mango, and Sailor Jupiter Vanilla Lemon. Inspired by fan input, the can designs have evolved from styles resembling the original anime to a cuter, chibi style with more vibrant colors. Notably, Sailor Jupiter's flavor was changed from Cucumber to Vanilla Lemon to match her character and fans' preferences. Be on the lookout for them at a store near you.
