Is this Game Anime-Worthy?
Hey, everyone!
Here’s what’s going in the world of Anime today:
Unforgettable anime moments!
A Genshin Impact anime by the same studio as Demon Slayer?!
Anime Onsen starts on May 3rd!
SpyxFamily x PUBG? A strange video game collab!
Unforgettable Anime moments thread shows some of the best moments in Anime history!

Anime is filled with unforgettable moments that just send chills down fans' spines no matter how many times we see it. Moments that make it all worth it. This thread goes over a few of them, like Luffy switching gears, Rock Lee actually hitting Gaara, and many more moments that have gone down in anime history.
It’s hard to even think about moments that went down in anime history without thinking about White Haired Kaneki.

Kaneki’s transformation set a trend in anime that is still felt to this day. Regardless of your opinion on how the following seasons disregarded the manga, the first season of Tokyo Ghoul was comparable to even the likes of Jujutsu Kaisen when it comes to popularity. Everyone waited for each episode on the edge of their seat and the hype behind the white-haired ghoul king will always hold a special place in anime history. Genshin Impact is getting an Anime?!
Sourced from One Esports, HoYoVerse, Unfotable
Yep, you read that right. Genshin Impact is getting an anime and it looks absolutely fire! That’s no surprise, though, because Unfotable is the animation studio behind the anime which you may know best as the studio that animates Demon Slayer. That’s right, the people who animate Demon Slayer are making a Genshin Impact anime!
Anime game turned anime?
Sourced from Genshin Impact
Technically, Genshin Impact is a Chinese Gacha Game with a massive open world and a really good story if you can manage to grind your way through it. And it is a grind. Doing just the main story takes around 50 hours alone currently, but by the time you add certain side quests you’re looking at 500+ hours of content and the game isn’t even complete yet! There is a lot of content that could make it to this anime. HoYoVerse, the creators of Genshin Impact, said that the anime is going to “Be a long-term project” so expect some time before we get an official release date.
Anime Onsen, popular anime convention, is set to start on May 3rd!
Sourced from Anime Onsen’s official website
If you’re a fan of English Dubbed Anime, this is not a convention you want to miss! It’s going to be held at the Colorado Springs Marriott and it's going to have some of the biggest names in the English Dub community! I’m talking about Mike Mcfarland, Lisa Ortiz, Jason Griffith, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
And that’s just their guest list!

The events they hold are very vast at this convention. From Anime Jeopardy, to Cosplay contests to an 18+ 4-hour anime themed rave, this is going to be THE place to be over the weekend next week if you’re an anime fan. Even if you aren’t a fan of Dubbed Anime, can you really say you wouldn’t enjoy some Larping? Well, they have a class for that! And half a day dedicated to it in certain areas! This convention is an Otaku’s paradise, no doubt.
Spy x Family has a new collab and it’s.. Pretty strange.
Sourced from PUBG ad
Spy x Family is no stranger to collabs. Yor is in Street Fighter, Yor and Anya both have been in KFC ads overseas, and there are several more. But the latest one is just plain odd. You can now play as your favorite spy, Loid, and your favorite assassin, Yor, in PUBG Mobile. That is one I just never expected to even hear out loud, let alone write it down. But it’s a thing, so if you like PUBG then it’s your lucky day!
Just the mobile version, for some reason, is getting this collab.
Sourced from PUBG ad
It’s odd that they chose to do the mobile version of the game only, but according to a lot of stats, PUBG is considered a dead game in the United States. It’s only really active in Asia and of the player base in Asia, most people play the mobile version, so that’s going to be why they decided to do this. It’s still playable in the United States, we just aren’t the target audience anymore which is completely acceptable.
Trivia Time!
Spy x Family is super popular as always, but do you know what country the Forger family even lives in? This is a tough one if you haven’t watched the anime in a little while, so let us know if you get this one right!
Sourced from Spy x Family anime
A. Westalis
B. Ostania
The answer is..
A! Loid was born in Ostania and works for the Ostanian government, but the anime takes place in Westalis!
