New My Hero Academia Season 7 Trailer Teases Final War Arc Fallout
Deku from My Hero Academia
My Hero Academia has been one of the decade's most popular shonen series, and fans have been clamoring for more on the upcoming seventh season.
For those who may not be familiar with the anime, the first six seasons have chronicled Izuku "Deku" Midoriya's evolution from a Quirkless (i.e., powerless) superhero fan into one of Japan's strongest crime fighters. With the manga now entering its endgame and preparing for its climactic conclusion, the anime has only grown more popular since its 2016 debut. My Hero Academia's seventh season is set to pick up where season 6 ended, continuing the ongoing battle between Deku and Shigaraki, and the anime's newest trailer teases at the chaos to come, bringing the manga's "Final War" arc to life.
The new trailer, shared via the anime's official X (formerly Twitter) account, sets an action packed tone for the upcoming season. Season 7 begins on May 4, 2024, but will be preceded by four "Memories" specials designed to help catch new viewers up with the events of the previous seasons. The specials will begin on April 6, 2024, airing weekly until the season's brand-new episodes start in May and should be available on Crunch Roll. Watch the full trailer here.
More Anime Favorites Headed to Netflix
Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece), Yuji Itadori (Ju Jutsu Kaisen), Asta (Black Clover)
Netflix continues to explore the world of anime streaming, announcing that several massively popular titles, including Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece, and Black Clover, will be available on the platform for the first time in 2024.
Via Netflix's official X (formerly Twitter) account, the streaming service revealed the first four seasons of My Hero Academia, Haikyu!! and Black Clover, the first seasons of Jujutsu Kaisen and Spy x Family, and the One Piece Film: Red will all be streaming on the platform by the end of 2024.
As if that weren't enough to excite us, Netflix also announced that alongside Black Clover Season 1's arrival on April 1, 2024, Haikyu!! Season 1 (March 25), Mob Psycho 100 Seasons 1 and 2 (April 15), and Yu Yu Hakusho Seasons 3 and 4 (April 15) will also be added to their lineup.
Netflix shows no signs of slowing down in the anime space as it continues increasing its footprint through major licenses and direct partnerships with creators. A second season to The Seven Deadly Sins' Nakaba Suzuki's sequel series, Four Knights of the Apocalypse, has also been announced, alongside the additional cast for his Rising Impact series. And, of course, Eiichiro Oda's surprise One Piece anime remake announcement back in February will ensure that Netflix is in the game for the foreseeable future.

This theme park will feature five state-of-the-art rides as part of a lineup of 30+ attractions! And if that wasn't already exciting enough, construction of a 70-meter high Shenron is also planned, with this landmark containing a large-scale roller coaster inside! In addition, there will also be fully stocked hotels and restaurants available at the park to enable fans to immerse themselves in the world of Dragon Ball for an entire day of fun."

At over 1.6 million square feet, the theme park will be among the largest in the world.
